These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Tailora mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service").
Tailora is operated by Tailora, a unit of VECTRIX, a registered Micro Enterprise in India (Udyam Registration: UDYAM-UP-01-0137241), based in Agra, Uttar Pradesh.
By accessing or using Tailora, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Tailora.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.
3. Your Account

You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Not share your account with others
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

Features may vary by plan and may be updated from time to time.
Billing & Renewal
- Paid subscriptions are billed in advance
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
- You may cancel anytime through your account settings
- Cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund prior charges
Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
We may change pricing or plans in the future and will provide notice where required by law.
5. Acceptable Use
You May:
- Use Tailora for personal pet management
- Store and manage pet health information
- Use AI-generated insights for general guidance
- Create optional digital pet passes using supported features
You May Not:
- Upload false, misleading, harmful, or unlawful content
- Use the Service for commercial or resale purposes
- Share or transfer your account
- Reverse engineer, copy, or misuse the Service
- Misrepresent AI-generated information as professional or veterinary advice
Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.
6. AI & Health Disclaimer
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Tailora may provide AI-generated insights related to pet care. These insights:
- Are for informational purposes only
- Do not constitute professional, medical, or veterinary advice
- May contain inaccuracies or limitations
You agree that:
- You use AI insights at your own discretion and risk
- You will consult a licensed veterinarian for medical concerns
- Tailora is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content
In case of a medical emergency, contact a qualified veterinarian immediately.
7. Intellectual Property
Our Intellectual Property
All software, designs, trademarks, logos, and content provided by Tailora are owned by us or our licensors.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal purposes only.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit our content without permission.
Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload, including pet data and photos.
By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide and improve the Service.
We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it for advertising without consent.
8. Digital Pet Passes (If Available)
Some plans may allow you to create digital pet passes (e.g., QR-based health summaries).
You acknowledge that:
- You control what information is included
- Shared passes may be publicly accessible
- You are responsible for the accuracy of shared data
- You should not include information you wish to keep private
Use of such features is optional and subject to your privacy settings.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
- We do not guarantee accuracy or completeness of content
- We are not responsible for data loss, service downtime, or third-party failures
- The Service is not a substitute for professional veterinary care
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tailora's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months or ₹5,000 (INR), whichever is lower.
We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
11. Termination
You may delete your account at any time through:
Settings → Account → Delete Account
We may suspend or terminate your access if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in unlawful or fraudulent activity
- Harm the Service, other users, or our operations
Paid subscriptions remain active until the end of the current billing period, except where refunds are required by law.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India.

14. Changes to These Terms
